I Know, That You Know That I Know 48 x 36
This is the only remaining painting I have which used a model. The
accidental expression on her face led to the title. I painted it at the Woodstock
School of Art in 1987 soon after leaving a corporate career. I had gone back to
art school to find out whether I had lost my talent after a 22-year
interruption in painting. My husband, whom I married in 1983, and I moved to Boulder in
1988, and I finally was able to do art full-time...Little did I know that
it would flourish as it has. I still pinch myself to make sure I am not in a
dream!
